I have installed both LAN Speed Test and LST Server on computer A of a two computer network.
Running LAN speed test from Computer A to each of five 4TB drives on Computer B I can get consistent Read and Write speeds. (Using a packet size of 10 MB and 20 packets I get Write speeds of about 375 Mbps and Read speeds of about 500 Mbps. Are these reasonable speeds ?)
But how do I set up LST Server and how do I measure my Internet access speed?
I'm sure I'm being dumb but I'm hoping it's only because of my serious senility at age 85.

Yes, the speed you're getting is pretty good actually. The speed also depends on the network adapters used (eg. 10/100/1000), on the connection mode of those hard drives (SATA1, SATA2, SATA3), cable connection, running processes on both computers, etc.
